Let's start with the lunch specials. These dishes can be ordered between 11 am to 3pm from Monday to Saturday. Chicken lovers will find a variety of chicken dishes ranging from Broccoli chicken to Fresh Mushroom chicken. For people who enjoy spicy food there is Kung Pao Chicken which is made with roasted peanuts, bell peppers and a number of other vegetables. There are also a number of dishes made with shrimp, pork and beef.

Vegetarians need not be disappointed as the chef has a completely different section for them. Some of the most popular dishes are Eggplant with Peking Sauce, Bean Curd in Brown Sauce and House Style Braised Bean Curd which is a little spicy and is made with Tofu.

There is also a section on the menu for health freaks. The chef recommends a number of vegetarian dishes made with soybean oil that adds protein to your diet.

Let's not forget the Chefs Special. Tangerine beef made with dried orange peel and hot and sour sauce is not just the chefs but the customers' favorite as well. Other dishes include Glazed Walnut Mango Prawn, spicy Crispy Whole Fish Hunan Style and many more.
