CNN Center
The CNN Center located in downtown Atlanta's heart, is Turner Broadcasting and CNN's global headquarters. It is also a large center of entertainment, shopping, hotel and dining where visitors can literally spend their whole day. Being one of popular tourist destinations for Atlanta travel, it is home to the Turner studios, Philips Arena, Official Brave's Store and the CNN studio Tours.
Visitors for Atlanta travel can take the CNN Tours which offer a unique opportunity of going behind the scenes of its international networks and trace CNN's growth over the past years. Visitors are also able to see the news traveling through the newsrooms on their way to the desk of the anchor where they are delivered right in front of their eyes.
An exciting part of the CNN Center tour is the studio of Talk Back Live where the interactive talk show called Talk Back Live is hosted daily at 3pm. This show hosted by an award winning CNN news anchor invites the viewers to participate live in the show along with the studio audience. To be among the studio audience in the show, people have to reserve their seats in advance.
Another favorite among the visitors to the place is the Turner Store. This store with its Interactive Area lets people make videos of themselves reading the top news of the day. Visitors here can also take pictures of themselves along with various virtual Turner personalities.
The Official Brave's Store in the center is a popular downtown attraction. It is also the headquarters of Official Brave's Merchandise. The Prime Meridian present in Omni Hotel at the CNN Center offers elegant dinners to the visitors.
Located at Marietta Street and Techwood Drive's corner the CNN Center is near the Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome and the new Philips Arena. It is also a short MARTA ride away from the Turner field.
