CNN Center Parking Information Atlanta

Where is CNN Center and how to get to it?

CNN Center is located in downtown area of Atlanta, Georgia next to Centennial Olympic Park at 190 Marietta Street. Philip Arena, home to the Atlanta Thrashers of the NHL and the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA, connects directly with the CNN center.

After you arrive at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, there are five ways to get to the CNN center. You can take a taxi which approximately costs you $30. Atlanta Airport also provides airport shuttle service. You can call (404)762-30007 for detailed info. Limo Service and Sedan Service are available. Limo Service will cost you approximately $90-$110 plus tax per day. Sedan Service will cost you approximately $70-$75 plus tax and gratuities per day. Yet the most cost-saving and convenient way is to take MARTA. It will cost you no more than $6 to the CNN/GWCC Station.

If you decide to drive to the CNN Center, follow the routes below:

- Take I-85 N (Merges with I-75 N) to International Boulevard Exit (exit 128C)

- Turn left onto Andrew Young International Boulevard

- Turn left onto Centennial Olympic Park Drive

- Take the right on Marietta Street

Where to Park?

When you have arrived at the CNN center, you will find CNN Deck at 30 Spring St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30303. You can access to the lot form the Spring Street and Centennial Olympic Drive. Parking rate there is $13 daily max. 1850 parking spaces are available. Here is a pic of the CNN Deck:

Since the CNN Center is next to the Centennial Olympic Park, the best parking lot here is the Centennial Parking Deck on the corner of Centennial Olympic Park. It's a close, convenient, covered parking lot that is highly recommended. You can access to the lot from Spring Street, Marietta Street and Centennial Olympic Park Drive. If you are going to stay at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center, there is also a parking garage there. They provide covered valet-only parking ($30) including in and out privileges. Detailed info can be found on the official web of Omni Hotel:

For tour buses, there are also some parking spaces for short term parking in and around the CNN center. The first is Georgia Dome/GWCC surface lot which is operated by AAA parking (404)233-4108. Passengers should get out of buses at the CNN Center's Centennial Olympic Park Drive entrance. Then buses can drive to MLK Jr. Drive and turn right to the Dome/GWCC surface lot. It charges $20 per bus, per day.
